Victoria Wan, MSc
Statistician
As a seasoned public health biostatistician, Victoria brings over a decade of extensive experience in statistics, epidemiology, surveillance, and analytics within the governmental framework. She has developed numerous surveillance methodologies for monitoring poisoning exposures from a Canadian poison center system and tracking emerging opioid and heavy metal outbreaks from the Canadian communities, which continues to influence health policy decision-making.
In recent years, Victoria has focused on surrogacy initiatives to support the acceleration of drug development by validating early clinical indicators for final outcomes in oncology, as well as on methodologies such as matching-adjusted indirect comparisons and network meta-analyses to inform healthcare decisions where head-to-head trial data are lacking. She remains passionate about bridging gaps between operational and analytical areas in data mobilization, applying creative, modern technological and lean solutions to ensure data are both actionable and accessible. Victoria’s unwavering commitment to data quality and service excellence aligns seamlessly with Evidinno’s values and dedication to client success. Victoria holds a Masters of Science in Biostatistics from the University of Western Ontario.
